if you want to add Notepad to the Desktop Right Click menu
then with the help of simple registry hack you can easily do it..
So today m Want to tell you how we add a Notepad in Desktop
Right click Menu . For That You Just follow the Following Step...
Step-1. Open registry (win + R then Type regedit) .
Step-2. Search For That Key...
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell
Step-3. Now You Create a new key underneath the shell key
(right click then New -> Key ),
Step-4. Give the name of the key as Notepad .
(right click then New -> Key ),
Step-4. Give the name of the key as Notepad .
Step-5. On the right side of the panel change the value of the
Default (right click then modify ) .give the value as
&Notepad .
Step-6. Now You need to create the command key that will
actually hold the command used to launch the
application. Right-click on the new Notepad key, and
then choose . New ->Key from the menu . and gave
name as command .
Step-7. Now you copy the path of the Notepad.exe file in your
system .it is like
"C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe" .
Step-8. in right panel change the value of the Default as
("C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe")
Step-9. Now you close the registry . and right click on your
desktop...You have done...
